Cook for the Cure
Cook for the Cure is a annual Cooking Competition organized by The Canadian Cancer Society. Local businesses are paired with Local Celebrity Chefs to create a Signature Dish that attendees vote on.
The money raised from this event helps fund leading-edge cancer research that is improving cancer treatments, preventing cancer and saving lives; provides reliable and up-to-date information on cancer, risk reduction and treatment; offers vital community-based support services for people living with cancer and their families; and advocate for healthy public policies.
Smile Science was proud to participate in the January 2020 competition. With the help of our extremely generous sponsors we created an amazing dish and raised $5,338.00 for the cause!

Lemongrass Vodka Martini
Pre Palate Cleanser: Lemongrass infused Blue Roof Vodka mixed with water, apple juice and honey. Topped with a wedge of apple dipped in a sugar, salt and chili spice mixture. The drink paired with the garnish cleansed guests' palates before trying our dish.
